Upon receiving the return or exchange request from customers, the customer service team of Beautyloop will investigate the issue. The process may take 3-7 business days. After verification, if the claim is valid, then the customer will be provided with either the desired product or refund of the payment. However, invalid claims will not be entertained and Beautyloop will not hold any liability in such situations.
